I just got surprising news from Wachovia/Wells Fargo on a short sale I was working on. My client (seller) was concerned with the bank coming after her for the deficiency balance on her home. I told her to call and ask her Lender if they would remove that from her contract and THEY DID!!

Great news for sellers! Now my client has piece of mind that she won't be sued for what the bank has lost.
