Showed property to a "young" buyer in her 20's. This was great because 3-4 years ago my clientele were not that young. That market didn't support the younger age group simply because houses were too expensive.

Now homes are affordable for any age group and young families can now become home owners. Only downside to this "new" market is that there is simply not enough homes for the amount of buyers we have. Banks need to release their inventory. The deadline for the tax credit will soon expire. Hopefully the Government will release another program to help more buyers.
