Agent Sued over Second Hand Smoke
I ran across this Article today in the Boston Globe. A Massachuetts Agents is being sued because the owners of a condo downstairs from the unit he sold are smokers. The buyer says the agent misrepresented the fact that the downstairs neighbors were smokers.
This is an interesting case to watch. We as Agents can never disclose too much.
